With more than 16 years of tattooing experience, she offers services on both electric tattoo machine and traditional hand-poked tattooing (known as Tebori). He is a multi-awarded artist by both national and international tattoo conventions. His specialty is the appropriate body of Oriental and realistic portraits in two color and black & gray. He is known as a master of the art style of the New Oriental School where you find the elements of realism and materialism in the tattoo.

Born and raised in Taiwan, cultural background in Japan and China helped inspire a unique and creative designs for a list of clients booked up to two years earlier. Jess Yen believe "what goes around, come around" (what goes around, comes around) and has devoted his life to art.
